Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 3 days upon receipt.
Defective products must be returned within 7 days from the date you’ve reported the problem.
Shipping and handling charges and insurance charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Under no circumstances do we cover the return shipping costs on exchanges, defective items, or damaged items.
Returns will only be accepted when the item is returned in its original condition!
